Coordinated by the GPPCP, the Consumer Engagement Working Group has the following objectives:
- To listen to and promote consumer stories and better develop person centred approaches.
- To incubate and grow ideas
- To exchange knowledge and different organisational policies and strategies
- To explore challenges, provide peer support and develop collective solutions
- To share resources and tools, together with unpack best practice examples
