GPPCP Members’ Small Grants Program
The Grampians Pyrenees PCP Small Grants are available to members of the Grampians Pyrenees PCP to support activities that further the Vision and Mission of the GPPCP. Applicants are invited to apply for up to $3000. Projects should relate directly to at least one of the GPPCP priority action areas for 2018 to 2022:
- Healthy Eating
- Active Living
- Mental Health
- Family Violence
Projects should consider the principles of the CoRE Plan. Details on the CoRE Plan Principles (page 13) can be found on the Women’s Health Grampians website
Other priorities may be considered if they meet locally identified evidenced-based needs. Applications can be made at any time. Grants will be assessed as they are received by the GPPCP Executive Officer for approval at the next full Executive Committee meeting.
