Integrated Health Promotion Working Group
A new Integrated Health Promotion Working Group (IHPWG) was established early in 2011 and includes representatives from member agencies and other interested groups and organizations. In taking a determinants approach to health, the group meets every 6 weeks to address the identified priority health promotion needs for the Grampians Pyrenees catchment, which includes implementing the current GPPCP IHP Plan. Evidence based best practice, capacity building and working in partnership are key elements of this group.
